During this time of uncertainty, change, and anxiety, it’s incredibly easy to forget about taking care of your own wellness. We know we’ve struggled to stay on top of everything. So, we partnered with our friends at Remix Fitness to update our 5-Day Reset for this unique time. Thus, we are excited to refocus on wellness with our NEW Workplace Wellness 5-Day Reset – REMIXED!
What is the 5-Day Reset – Remixed?
Some of you may remember our previous Reset. We talked about our experiences and learnings as we went through it a few times in the past couple of years. This Reset – Remixed is similar with some changes and additions that we think are amazing!
So what is it? The 5-Day Reset – Remixed is a quick program to help you refocus on your wellness. It includes mental and physical health challenges with different themes for each day. At Workr Beeing, we are all about the research and the psychology behind workplace wellness. We’ve created science-based challenges each day to help you focus on your mental wellness with 3 varying levels of difficulty – New Bee, Honey Bee, and Boss Bee.
On the physical wellness side, Remix Fitness created fun and accessible fitness challenges. People of every fitness level can use these activities to focus more on movement throughout each of the 5 days. They also created 3 different levels based on who you are either quarantining with or who you want to take this challenge with you – Solo Warrior, Couple Goals, and Family Goals.
We provide concrete actions and steps you can take to try different strategies and see what works for you. Each day has it’s own theme – Mindful Monday, Take a Break Tuesday, Work-Life Wednesday, Thankful Thursday, and Friendship Friday!
Why a Reset?
We decided to create an updated Reset because we’ve all been struggling to create a routine and stay focused on our wellness goals. We’ve heard from so many of our hive members who share their struggles with us. Plus, we need it too! We think this Reset – Remixed is a really fun way to remind ourselves of the things that can help us be happier and healthier, even in times of uncertainty and stress.

There are multiple ways you can choose to use the tool. We are starting the Reset – Remixed as a community, today (May 11, 2020) and you can follow along on our Instagrams (@workrbeeing and @remix_fit). Use #workrbeeingremix so we can see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. We will be sharing our experiences as well.
If you aren’t ready to start today or don’t want to join in on Instagram, don’t worry! You can use the tool at your own pace. The Reset – Remixed is meant to be a standalone guide to help you refocus on your own wellness. This means you can use it as you wish! And feel free to keep coming back to it. We know we will. It’s a great way to refocus either now or the next time you get off track and want to center yourself around self-care again.
We made this tool for you and want you to get the most out of it. So, use it as you see fit! And feel free to share it with others who may need a wellness boost too! Finally, don’t be afraid to mix and match. Some days you may want an easier challenge and want to do it solo. Other days, you may want to up the difficulty and include your family members. Make this your own! It is a customizable guide that can fit into your life easily.
