Ready to get yourself on the right track for wellness at work? We are so excited to share the Workr Beeing 5-Day Workplace Wellness Reset with you! 

As you know, we’ve been working hard to provide you with content through our articles and podcast to help make you happier and healthier at work. We wanted to go a step further and create an actionable plan for you to be able to use to start making an impact on your wellness. As with all of our content, the reset is based in scientific research so you can trust it will work! This is just the thing you need to get your work and life back in gear. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or just generally unhappy at work, our 5-Day Reset is for you!

What is the Workr Beeing 5-Day Reset?

Work is such a significant part of our lives and can have a huge impact on our overall well-being. We believe that paying attention to your life at work and your life outside of work is important to feeling happy and fulfilled.

Each day of the reset has a new challenge! You will learn a little bit of research behind the day’s challenge and be given an activity to complete. It’s a starting point to help you rebalance your work life and bring focus back to your wellness. The more you practice, the better you get at building wellness into your everyday life.

Why did we create the 5-Day Reset?

Katina and I wanted to create a fun program with concrete steps and actions that are based research on organizational behavior. We’ve participated in various challenges before to improve fitness or detox eating habits but we’ve never done anything to focus on workplace wellness more holistically. We love these types of challenges and thought that all of the research we talk about could easily be turned into a challenge as well!

We were excited to make something that we can use too! Katina and I both need to continue to improve our wellness and can’t wait to do the reset ourselves.

Take 1 work week for this challenge and start creating habits to focus on your workplace wellness!

The Hive Challenge

You can always complete the reset on your own or you can participate as a group with your coworkers/team at work. But, from time to time, we will be completing the challenge as a community! Sometimes it helps to have a whole hive behind you and supporting you.

Our first hive-wide challenge will start on January 14th! We will be using Instagram and our Facebook group to share our progress and keep each other accountable. Sign up to get your copy of the Reset and read more about how to participate in the challenge!
